A Note from the Founder
I started Seedling from my long hormone journey of irregular cycles and realizing hormone support should feel simple, nourishing, and rooted in real food — not another overwhelming routine.

You Asked, We Answered.
Can I use Seedling while on a GLP1?
Our organic seed cycling blends are packed with fiber, healthy fats, plant protein, antioxidants, and essential nutrients that support hormone health, digestion, and overall wellbeing. Because appetite is often reduced on GLP-1 medications, prioritizing nutrient-dense foods becomes even more important—and that s exactly where Seedling shines.
Many members of our community use Seedling as an easy daily ritual to help nourish their bodies with:
- Fiber to support healthy digestion and regularity
- Healthy fats that are essential for hormone production and balance
- Plant protein to support satiety and overall nutrition
- Lignans, zinc, selenium, magnesium, and vitamin E naturally found in our organic seeds
If you re new to Seedling or increasing your fiber intake, we recommend starting slowly and making sure you re staying well hydrated throughout the day.
Simply add 2 scoops daily to yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, chia pudding, or your favorite breakfast and let consistency do the rest
When should I start?
You can start Seedling at any time. If you currently have a cycle, begin with the blend that matches your current phase. If you are unsure where you are in your cycle, start with Phase I and transition to Phase II after two weeks or by following the cycles of the moon. The most important part is consistency — two scoops daily as part of your regular routine.
Can I use Seedling if I do not have a regular cycle?
Yes. Many women begin seed cycling specifically because they are experiencing irregular cycles. If your cycle is irregular or missing, you can follow the moon cycle or simply rotate blends every two weeks. Seedling is designed to make the practice simple and sustainable while supporting your body with fiber-rich, nutrient-dense seeds.
Can I use Seedling postpartum?
Seedling can be a nourishing addition to a postpartum routine thanks to its fiber, healthy fats, minerals, and plant-based nutrients. However, every postpartum experience is different, especially while breastfeeding, so we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns or dietary restrictions.
Can I use Seedling during perimenopause or menopause?
Yes. Many women continue seed cycling during perimenopause and menopause as part of a hormone-supportive wellness routine. The blends provide fiber, omegas, lignans, and minerals that can support overall wellness, digestion, and nourishment during hormonal transitions.
Is this safe with birth control?
Seedling is made with organic whole-food seeds and is designed as a food-based wellness ritual, not a medication or hormone treatment. Many customers use Seedling while on hormonal birth control or after coming off of it. If you have a medical condition or specific concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.
How much fiber is in each serving?
Each daily serving contains approximately 5 7 grams of naturally occurring fiber, depending on the blend. The seeds are also naturally rich in healthy fats, omegas, minerals, and plant-based nutrients that support overall wellness.
How long until I notice a difference?
Everyone s body is different. Some women notice changes within the first cycle, while for others it may take a few months of consistency. Like many wellness rituals rooted in nutrition, Seedling works best when used daily over time.
Do I need to refrigerate it?
Yes — we recommend refrigerating your blends after opening to help maintain freshness and preserve the natural oils in the seeds. When refrigerated, the blends stay fresh for approximately 4 months.
