As soon as your package arrives, open up your kit and find the perfect spot in your fridge for Phase I and Phase II. This allows the blends to stay cool & fresh. After use, always close up the tubes and place them back in the fridge.

Not at all, you can start as soon as Seedling arrives at your door. Here's how - figure out where you are in your cycle, for example, if you finished your cycle four days ago, start with Phase I and continue for ten days, then switch to Phase II for the full fourteen days. Absolutely, the nutrients in our Seedling blends have a ton of benefits for men’s bodies! However, there is no need for men to cycle between the phases, they can use the phases as they please - pumpkin seeds in Phase I may help with men's fertility, prevent prostate problems, build/repair muscle, and improve sperm quality, while flax seeds may
reduce cholesterol. The sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in Phase II may help improve sperm count and motility.

Although our blends are organic, safe and purely seeds, we suggest talking to your doctor. If you get the green light, the blends could support your body during this important time due to the high level of

We quickly process your order and ship it out to you via a common carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx). Once your Seedling ships, we will provide you with order tracking.

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. On average, orders are delivered within 3-4 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner. During times of high volume, orders may take longer. In these cases, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed.

You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.
