Delivery and Shipping Information
- Free Standard Shipping: Delivery time is 3–5 business days for all orders.
- All orders will be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx tracked service.
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Each order includes a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- Seedling is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Delays
We work extremely hard to provide an outstanding and prompt service, however there may be factors outside of our control that mean delivery is longer than specified. In the unlikely circumstances you have not received your order in this time period, please contact our customer service team (hello@herseedling.com) who will assist you further.
Delivered but Not Received?
Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was delivered to them by mistake. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery. Provide us with the proof of non-delivery for a refund.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because of our fast-paced processing and dispatch, we are unable to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. Our returns and cancellation policy applies to purchases made online at www.herseedling.com.
We are unable to offer refunds or online exchanges due to the nature of our products.
Seedling reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.
