Inspired by Arielle Lorre (@ariellelorre), we absolutely love these protein oats.
Protein Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of Organic Quick Oats
- 3/4 cup of Water
- 1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder
- Brand Tip: Multi Collagen Protein Powder
- Brand Tip: Multi Collagen Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup of Frozen Organic Blueberries
- 2 scoops of Seedling Phase I or Phase II
- Pinch of Celtic Salt
- Teaspoon of Organic Cinnamon
- Splash of Almond or Oat Milk
- Brand Tip: Malk or any other three ingredient nut milk
Instructions
- Add Oats, Celtic Salt, Cinnamon, and Water to a pot and cook over medium heat, stir frequently until water is absorbed and Oats are well-cooked.
- Add Blueberries on low heat, mix until Blueberries are at desired consistency.
- Remove from heat, add Collagen Protein Powder and stir until combined.
- Pour into bowl.
- Add splash of Almond or Oat Malk.
- Top with Seedling and enjoy!
