Morning Seedling Oats

Inspired by Arielle Lorre (@ariellelorre), we absolutely love these protein oats. 

Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of Organic Quick Oats
  • 3/4 cup of Water
  • 1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder
    • Brand Tip: Multi Collagen Protein Powder 
  • 1/2 cup of Frozen Organic Blueberries
  • 2 scoops of Seedling Phase I or Phase II
  • Pinch of Celtic Salt
  • Teaspoon of Organic Cinnamon
  • Splash of Almond or Oat Milk
    • Brand Tip: Malk or any other three ingredient nut milk

Instructions

  1. Add Oats, Celtic Salt, Cinnamon, and Water to a pot and cook over medium heat, stir frequently until water is absorbed and Oats are well-cooked. 
  2. Add Blueberries on low heat, mix until Blueberries are at desired consistency.
  3. Remove from heat, add Collagen Protein Powder and stir until combined. 
  4. Pour into bowl. 
  5. Add splash of Almond or Oat Malk.
  6. Top with Seedling and enjoy!
